Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas for at least 5 hours. Put it in a suitable container with a lid and fill with water.
Cook porridge in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
Finely chop and fry the onion and garlic until golden.
10 minutes before the end of cooking, add the roast and paprika to the porridge.
If desired, at the end, mash it with a pusher.
