- Minced chicken - 500 g
- Leek - 50 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 3 art.l.
- Corn flour (you can use the usual one) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate carrots and onions, mix with minced meat and season.
Add the egg and flour, mix well and form small patties.
Roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan over medium heat until browned.
