Pasta and noodles in all kinds are frequent guests on my table. That's why I like to experiment with different interesting combinations. Spaghetti with pumpkin and spinach is not only delicious, but also very beautiful thanks to the bright colors.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
Heat a spoonful of oil and half of the spices in a saucepan, add the pumpkin and pour in a little water. Simmer it, stirring, until tender.
Heat the remaining oil with spices and spasser the spinach in it – about 5 minutes.
During this time, boil the spaghetti and flip them into a colander so that they drain completely.
Mix all the ingredients, arrange the dish on plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped herbs.
