It's no secret that onion has a positive effect on meat: it softens, gives juiciness and reduces cooking time. Cook the chops in onion-mayonnaise batter! The recipe is pleasantly simple, because you don't even have to dip the pieces into different blanks separately.
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Sprinkle the chops with salt and ground black pepper.
Peel the onion from the husk and grind it in a blender to a mushy state.
Stir the egg with a fork with salt, ground pepper and nutmeg.
Mix mayonnaise, onion and eggs with spices. Pour the resulting mixture into the chops and mix well with your hand.
Cover the bowl with cling film and remove for half an hour to marinate at room temperature.
Add the starch and mix again. Thanks to this, the mass will become thicker.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the chops in batter and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.
