It will take a long time to cook such pilaf. In justification, I can assure you: the final result will pay for everything, and the multivark will do most of the work. Delicious pilaf with a charming aroma can be safely placed in the center of the festive table! This is a real masterpiece!

Cut the duck into small pieces.

Grate the carrots. Peel the quince and onion and slice.

Pour boiling water over the prunes, dry and chop.

Turn on the "Frying" mode and fry the pieces of duck in oil. They should be thoroughly browned.

Add onion, carrot and continue to fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Add spices, quince and prunes, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add the washed rice, salt, whole garlic heads and hot water.

Close the lid and activate the "Quenching" program for 1 hour.

After the beep, keep the pilaf on the "Preheating" mode for another half hour.
