Chicken wings with ketchup and pomegranate sauce in the oven

A great dish for a holiday, a friendly get-together or an ordinary family dinner. In the sauce, the wings are especially juicy and delicious. Since the pomegranate sauce has a pronounced sourness, be sure to add a little sugar.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 600 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Sauce (garnet) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1 art.l.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Add salt, ground pepper, garlic passed through the press and mix.
In a separate container, mix sugar, zest, tomato and pomegranate sauces.
Pour the resulting marinade into a bowl with wings.
Mix well with your hands and leave under the cling film for 1 hour.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with oil and lay out the wings.
Bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
