With the advent of the slow cooker, this dish in our family ascended to a higher pedestal. Everyone's favorite sausages and steaks began to lose to him. And this is not surprising: meatballs turn out even more juicy and delicious. I'm sharing a simple recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Fig - 1 glass
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Activate the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the onion until golden brown.
Take half of the onion, add tomato sauce, hot water, salt and ground pepper to the rest. Cook for 10 minutes on the "Languor" program.
Rinse the rice, pour hot water and cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
Mix the minced meat, rice, selected onions, garlic, semolina, eggs, salt and ground pepper passed through the press. Cover the bowl with a lid and set aside for 15 minutes.
Pour the sauce from the bowl of the slow cooker into a separate container.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, pour in the remaining oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown. They will have to be put into the slow cooker in batches.
Put all the meatballs into the bowl of a slow cooker, pour in the prepared sauce and add the bay leaf. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes on the "Stewing" program.
