  • Potatoes - 500 g
  • Paprika - to taste
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry them and cut them into small slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the potatoes and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, transfer the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and paprika.

Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
