Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.

Add salt, ground pepper and warm milk. Beat the mass with a fork until smooth.

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the bacon and put it on a plate.

Pour in the mixture of eggs, milk and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

Turn down the heat, cover and continue frying for another 4 minutes.

Put some mozzarella and bacon in the middle of the omelet.

Carefully fold the omelet in half, add the remaining mozzarella on top and cover for another 1 minute.
