- Milk - 3 art.l.
- Mozzarella - 30 g
- Bacon - 2 ribbons

Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.
Add salt, ground pepper and warm milk. Beat the mass with a fork until smooth.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the bacon and put it on a plate.
Pour in the mixture of eggs, milk and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
