Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Suluguni - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the minced meat until half cooked. Add chopped garlic, chili, cilantro and spices, and fry for another minute.
Dice onion, carrot and eggplant, and fry until soft. Add the tomato and simmer a little.
Put the minced meat, vegetables and potatoes cut into thin slices on top.
Sprinkle the casserole with grated suluguni and cook for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
