Instead of just adding a layer of minced meat to a potato casserole, I suggest making meatballs out of it. I use chicken because it is baked faster, and you can not even fry anything.

Chop the chicken fillet in a blender, season and shape the meatballs.
Finely chop the potatoes and onions, put them in a mold and arrange the meatballs there as well.
Sprinkle everything with chopped parsley, pour in cream and cover the dish with grated cheese.
