Mashed potato casserole is a classic. But what if you want more variety? In this case, I suggest adding another additional layer of filling. For example, fresh fragrant spinach.

Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them in mashed potatoes with butter and milk. Add half of the grated cheese.

Chop the spinach and fry in a frying pan until reduced in volume.

Chop the onion separately and fry with minced meat until tender. Season it.

Put the minced meat in the mold, spinach on it, and mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Cook the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
