Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Semolina - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and lightly simmer in a frying pan until soft.
Whisk cottage cheese with eggs, sour cream, semolina and honey with a blender. Leave for 5-7 minutes.
Mix the pumpkin pieces into this mass.
Cover the pan with parchment, put the curd mass there and cook everything under the lid on low heat for about 25 minutes.
