This is one of the most unusual cottage cheese casseroles of all that I have cooked, despite the simplicity of the ingredients. You will need homemade granular cottage cheese, rice and cherries. And what to do with it next and what will happen as a result, you will find out in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Milk - 600 ml
- Cherry (without pits) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice in boiling milk for about 20 minutes.
Whisk the yolks with soft butter and sugar. Add the cottage cheese and mix.
Add the rice there, and then the cherry.
Whisk the whites with salt to peaks and gently mix into the dough.
Put the mass in a mold and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
