One of my favorite ways to make zucchini casserole is using grated zucchini. In addition, I definitely add cheese. And you can even mix several different types – any that are found in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 800 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Oatmeal - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini and squeeze. Grate the onion and cheese there, add chopped greens.
Add sour cream, spices, eggs and flour, and mix everything.
Put the mass into the mold and cook the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
