Wash the turkey, dry it with paper towels and cut it into small pieces.

Chop the champignons and peeled onions.

Roll each piece of meat in flour and fry in butter until golden brown.

Pour onions and mushrooms into a frying pan and fry for 7-10 minutes on high heat. The onion should become transparent.

Add white wine, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the cream, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Decorate the finished dish with a sprig of fresh dill.
