Even the simplest way of baking fish can be a little varied by showing imagination. For example, add a little asparagus, and replace the usual lemon with a more spicy lime. Instead of the usual onion, this recipe includes leeks. Well, then everything is in the best traditions of baked fish – quickly, simply and without problems.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rub the cleaned fish with salt and pepper. Put lime circles in the belly.

Cut the leeks and the remaining lime into rings, put them in a mold.

Spread the dorado and asparagus on top, sprinkle everything with oil and bake in the oven under foil at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
