Cottage cheese casserole with sour cream and raisins

There are many different ways to make a cottage cheese casserole even more tender and juicy. One of them is to add a little sour cream, and then in the recipe I will tell you in detail how to do it. A handful or two of raisins will also be quite useful.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Semolina - 70 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l .
- Raisins - 100 g
- Sugar - 70 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix semolina with sour cream and leave for 15 minutes.
Fill the raisins with hot water and leave for 7 minutes.
Beat the eggs with salt and sugar to a froth, and grind the cottage cheese.
Mix all the ingredients and add baking powder with starch.
Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
