You should definitely try this delicious pepper! The filling is pre-fried, so it is not necessary to stew them for a long time. By tradition, the dish should be cooked on lard. But if desired, it can be replaced with vegetable oil.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 10 pieces
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Fig - 1 glass
- Young zucchini - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 100 g
- Tomato juice - 150 ml
- Small - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (hot) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the rice, pour boiling water and cover for 15 minutes.
Chop the zucchini and peeled onion. Grate the carrots.
Activate the "Frying" mode, melt the lard and fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Add the zucchini, minced meat, ground pepper, salt and continue to fry for another 10 minutes.
Prepare the bell pepper: cut off the tops, carefully remove the seeds, rinse.
Fill the peppers with stuffing and put them in a bowl of a slow cooker.
Pour in hot water mixed with tomato sauce, add salt and close the lid. Cook for 25 minutes on the "Stewing" program.
