Cheesecakes with berries and jam are a classic of serving treats. But what if you add those same berries to the filling, and not just to the decorations? I tell you how to do it correctly so that the cheesecakes are well fried and do not fall apart.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 350 g
- Brown Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Raspberry - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add salt, sugar and baking powder to the cottage cheese, and mix with a fork.
Add the egg and sour cream there, and mix again. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
Take the dough with a spoon and drown a few raspberries in it so that they are inside. You can leave them whole or chop them up too.
Form the cheesecakes and fry on both sides for 2 minutes each.
