Lemon sorbet is the best thing you can come up with on hot summer days. Or at any other time when you just want to freshen up. Such an unusual taste still needs to be searched for! In addition, sorbet is much healthier than fat cream ice cream.
Ingredients
- Lemon - 4 pieces
- Water - 1 glass
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar substitute - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat water with honey and sugar or a substitute. Boil the syrup a little.
Pour boiling water over the lemons, remove the zest and send it to the syrup. Boil for a couple of minutes after boiling, remove from heat and leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Squeeze the juice out of the lemons and mix with the strained syrup. Pour into a container and send it to the freezer.
Mix the mixture thoroughly every 30 minutes and send it back until it freezes completely. And so 5-6 times.
