According to the classic recipe, cheesecake should be prepared without a mixer. Even the cheese mass should be mixed carefully so that bubbles do not form. Thanks to such subtleties, really delicious desserts are obtained.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 300 g
- Butter - 120 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Philadelphia Cheese - 500 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 1 glass
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place shortbread cookies and sliced butter in the blender bowl.
Grind everything together until smooth.
Put the resulting mass into the prepared mold, tamping the bottom tightly and forming low sides.
Put the workpiece in the oven for 10 minutes.
Gently mix the cheese with powdered sugar.
Add vanilla, eggs and chilled cream. Mix everything well.
Pour the finished mixture into the dough blank and smooth it out.
Bake the cheesecake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 160 degrees.
Ready-made cheesecake can be decorated with berries, fruits and mint leaves.
