- Butter - 80 g
- Cream cheese - 600 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Starch - 10 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Cream (33%) – 80 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crush the cookies into crumbs, mix with a spoonful of cocoa and melted butter.
Put the mass into the bowl of the slow cooker and tamp it down.
Whisk all other ingredients with a blender until smooth and pour the filling onto the base.
Cook cheesecake in a slow cooker for 70-80 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
Without opening it, put it on for another 20 minutes for heating.
