- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick blueberries, rinse and grind in a blender.
Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in the vanilla, stir and cool to room temperature.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the blueberry mass with a layer no thicker than 5 centimeters.
Dry 4-5 hours in the oven at 80 degrees.
Separate the finished pastille from the foil, cut into strips and twist into tubes.
