- Green tomatoes - 3 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots. Chop all the other vegetables.
Add salt and sugar, stir and leave for 2 hours.
Pour in the oil and bring the hodgepodge to a boil. Boil for half an hour.
Pour in the vinegar, boil the hodgepodge for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
