Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Leek - 50 g
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Starch - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini on a grater and squeeze it well. Finely chop the leek.
Chop the fillets in a blender or meat grinder and mix with vegetables.
Add chopped dill, spices, egg and starch, and mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Form small cutlets and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
