No matter how many different recipes I have tried, I always come back to this one. Classic cottage cheese casserole is a universal dish for breakfast or snack. It can be served with condensed milk, honey, jam or sour cream.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 1 kg
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 5 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Mix eggs with sugar, salt and beat with a mixer at low speed.
Mix cottage cheese, beaten eggs, semolina, vanilla and melted butter. Leave 1 tablespoon of oil to lubricate the mold.
Mix the mixture well until smooth and set aside for 15 minutes. During this time, the semolina will have time to swell.
Grease the mold with butter, lay out the curd mass and cover with a double layer of foil on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.
