Here comes the long-awaited vegetable season: the counters are bursting with fresh greens and juicy vegetables. It's time to cook healthy omelets. Combinations of ingredients can be different. For example, I really like it with young carrots and zucchini.

Cut carrot and zucchini into slices.

Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, melt the butter and fry the carrots for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Put the carrots in a separate plate, and fry the zucchini in the freed bowl of the slow cooker.

Beat the eggs lightly with warm milk and salt.

Put the vegetables in the bowl of the slow cooker, pour the egg mixture and close the lid. Bake for 20 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
