Pink salmon with potatoes is a very tasty everyday combination. Especially if you bake them without excess oil and fat. The only problem is that the fish is baked faster than potatoes. But this issue can also be solved, and how – I will tell you further in my favorite everyday recipe.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them on parchment.
Sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with spices and put large pieces of pink salmon on top.
Drizzle with oil again and season.
Bake the fish in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes under foil.
Remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
