Ingredients
- Scallops (frozen) – 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the scallops on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
Put it in a colander, rinse, and then put it on a paper towel and blot off excess moisture.
Put the scallops in a bowl, drizzle with oil, pepper and salt.
Put it on the prepared skewers and put it on the grill. Fry for 2-3 minutes, turning often.
Put the finished scallops on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
