Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
- Meat broth (or water) – 4 art.l.
- Cheese - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes with butter and mix with grated cheese.
Fry the minced meat almost to readiness. Add chopped garlic, chili, spices, tomato and broth.
Simmer the minced meat under the lid for 7 minutes on low heat and put it in a mold.
Put the potato layer on top and put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
