There is nothing easier than fish with vegetables and mushrooms. It's enough to put everything in a sleeve and bake it in the oven – even a beginner can cope. For this recipe, I prefer to use white fish with a neutral taste. For example, a hake is ideal, which then literally melts in your mouth. But you can choose according to your taste.
Ingredients
- Hake - 600 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- String beans - 200 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables and divide the hake fillet into portions.
Put everything in a sleeve, pour in the spices and mix.
Bake the fish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
