For breakfast, especially on weekdays, I prefer to cook just such a curd casserole. The fact is that it is baked in a frying pan, so you do not need to waste time warming up the oven and messing with molds. Very fast and delicious!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking soda (slaked) – 1 pinch
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese, beat the eggs with sugar and combine.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix the mixture thoroughly.
Cover the pan with parchment or oil.
Lay out the dough and bake the casserole for about 25 minutes under the lid on low heat.
