In India tikka masala is the same as cabbage soup in Russia. A spicy dish can be prepared from any meat, with the exception of beef, of course. Traditionally served with boiled rice and fresh vegetables. I propose to cook a dish of tender turkey.

Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, lay out the turkey and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Peel onion, bell pepper and finely chop.
Scald tomatoes with boiling water, peel and chop in a blender.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add spices and fry for 2 minutes. A bright rich aroma should appear.
Add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and garlic passed through the press. Cook everything together over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Put the baked turkey in a frying pan, turn down the heat and cover for 10 minutes. If necessary, you can pour in some water.
Add cream, salt and lemon juice. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat.
