Ingredients
- Meat - 800 g
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 12 pieces
- Rosemary - 4 twigs
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Water - 400-500 ml
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the meat and potatoes into medium pieces. Lightly fry the meat until browned and put everything in pots.
Add whole cherry tomatoes and rosemary sprigs.
Add the bay leaf and all the spices, fill the pots with water.
Bake for about two hours at 180 degrees.
