Risotto is a real gem of Italian cuisine. The dish is prepared from special varieties of rice and has a special cooking technology. Thanks to this recipe, you will learn how to cook risotto with mushrooms at home!
Ingredients
- Round rice - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Wine (dry white) – 300 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop and fry the mushrooms in butter.
In a separate frying pan, fry the onion and garlic in butter and olive oil until golden brown. Cover the rice and fry for three minutes. Pour in the wine and wait until it evaporates. Pour in the broth. Continue to cook over low heat.
5 minutes before cooking, add mushrooms, herbs, butter. Grate the parmesan on top. Mix it up.
Arrange the risotto on plates, decorating with herbs.
