Chicken wings with cayenne pepper and spicy sauce in the oven

Even if you are not strong in cooking, the wings will turn out incredibly delicious! Everything is described in detail in this recipe. Follow the recommendations, follow the process and the result will pleasantly surprise you! In the absence of oyster sauce, use fish sauce.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Cayenne pepper - 1 pod
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l .
- Oyster sauce - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them thoroughly and cut them into joints.
Cut Cayenne pepper in half, peel from seeds, rinse and finely chop.
Place the wings in a bowl, add salt, spices, sauces and cayenne pepper.
Mix, cover with cling film and put aside for 1.5-2 hours.
Place the wings on a greased baking sheet, cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
