Ingredients

  • Peas - 1 glass
  • Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse the peas with running water, pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain the water, put the peas in a cauldron and sprinkle with soda.

Fill with water completely and cook the porridge for half an hour on low heat.

Add salt, add a little more water and bring to readiness.
