Rice casserole with chicken and vegetables in a slow cooker

To cook the most delicate rice casserole with chicken and vegetables, it is not necessary to spend time and effort on the oven. It is quite possible to do with an ordinary slow cooker. The baking mode copes with its tasks no worse.
Ingredients
- Fig (boiled) – 350 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Green peas - 100 g
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cream - 100 ml
- Greens - 4 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, green onion, herbs and pepper. Add the peas.
Mix vegetables with boiled rice and put it in a bowl of a slow cooker.
Pour all the beaten eggs with cream and spices. Place the tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cook the casserole in a slow cooker for 45 minutes in baking mode.
