Just one of dozens of ways to cook potato casserole. This time we will cut the potatoes into cubes. It's even more convenient, because it's obviously faster than making thin slices or cooking mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cream, crushed garlic, grated mozzarella and all spices.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them in a mold, pour cream and mix.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
