A great way to diversify the usual potato casserole with mushrooms is to marinate these same mushrooms in soy sauce. I prefer to use dark – it is more saturated and concentrated, so it leaves a brighter taste.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the mushrooms into plates, marinate in soy sauce for 15-20 minutes, and fry.

Boil the potatoes almost to readiness and cut into slices.

Randomly alternate layers of potatoes and mushrooms in a mold. It's better to have potatoes on top.

Sprinkle all the spices and grated cheese, and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.
