- Potatoes - 600 g
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (any) – 4 twigs
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them with paper towels.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small slices.
Add oil, salt, ground red pepper and coriander.
Mix everything well and cover with cling film for 10 minutes.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the potatoes and bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Serve the potatoes hot, sprinkling generously with chopped herbs.
