Wash, dry and slice the rabbit.
Chop carrots and peeled onions.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and chop.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the rabbit and brown well on all sides.
Add the onion, carrot and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Add spices, prunes and sour cream mixed with water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.
Add potatoes, salt and cook for another 30 minutes.
