Pork rutels in bacon turn out to be especially tender, though a little fatter than usual. But it is simply impossible to break away from such a dish! I advise you to make these rolls small so that the bacon does not have time to burn when baking.

Ingredients

  • Pork - 1 kg
  • Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Greenery - 4 twigs
  • Bacon - 4-8 stripes

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Unwrap the pork in a thin layer, chop and cut into four pieces.

Sprinkle each with spices, chopped garlic and herbs.

Roll up tight rolls and wrap each in 1-2 slices of bacon, depending on its width.

Put everything in a mold or on parchment and bake in the oven for 1.5-2 hours at 160 degrees.
