If you are not in the mood, have the strength or the opportunity to use the oven, a wonderful casserole of zucchini can be cooked in a slow cooker. Even with herbs, cheese and other additives to your taste. According to this recipe, it resembles a full-fledged pie!
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 700 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the juice. Add grated cheese and chopped herbs.
Add eggs and spices, and then flour according to consistency.
Put the mass into the greased bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "Baking" mode for an hour.
