Can't cook a soft kebab? Do not despair, perhaps the meat was too tough or the recipe was unsuccessful. Try to cook a pork kebab with kefir and onions. This time the dish will definitely be perfect!

Ingredients

  • Pork (collar or shoulder blade) – 2 kg
  • Onion - 4 pieces
  • Kefir - 500 ml
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Salt (without slide) – 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Prepare pork, cut into cubes and put in a bowl.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Add onion, salt, spices and kefir to the bowl with meat. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 1 day.

Clean the meat from the remnants of the marinade, put it on skewers and fry on the grill for 20-25 minutes, turning it over often.
