Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
Add ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise and mix.
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
Place the wings on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
