Lovers of spicy cuisine will definitely like this recipe for spicy pilaf with beef. It is cooked simply, right in the pan. I advise you to use thick-walled dishes. It provides uniform heating, so the pilaf turns out crumbly and tasty.

Wash the beef, dry it slightly and cut it into small cubes.

Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it. Cut the carrots into short cubes.

Cut the hot pepper in half, peel the seeds and chop.

Fry onions and carrots in a preheated frying pan with oil until golden brown.

Add beef, hot pepper, cumin, bay leaf, peppers and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes.

Pour 2 cups of hot water, turn down the heat and simmer for half an hour.

Add the washed rice, salt, remaining water and simmer for 20 minutes under the lid.

Stick the garlic cloves together with the husk into the pilaf at the same distance from each other. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Insist the finished pilaf under the lid for another 20 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill.
