Paella with chicken and vegetables is very easy to cook at home. The main thing is not to combine all the ingredients at once, but to stick to the recipe, add them alternately and simmer each ingredient for 5-10 minutes.

Separate the fillets from the breasts. Cut the meat into cubes, sprinkle with pepper and salt.

Put the meat in a frying pan and fry over medium heat.

Cut the sweet pepper and celery into slices, and the onion into half rings, chop the garlic, passing it through the press.

Add the vegetables to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Cook the rice until al dente.

Put the cooked rice in a frying pan, adding herbs, dry thyme and a glass of boiled water. Simmer under the lid for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Stir. Place the paella on serving plates, garnishing with herbs.
