Fresh rosemary is the perfect addition to minced meat. Its aroma and light aftertaste cannot be confused with other herbs. Well, if you still could not get fresh herbs, chop the dried leaves-needles.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Rosemary - 3 twigs
- Fig (boiled) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the rosemary and chop the onion. Send them along with the rice to the minced meat and mix.
Add the egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat, mix again and leave for 10 minutes.
Form small meatballs with wet hands and fry them in a hot frying pan on all sides until golden brown.
Transfer the finished meatballs to a clean frying pan, add a little water and simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
